As an emerging device for storing electrical energy,super-capacitor has become an indispensable energy storage device used in heavy instruments,military fields and aerospace engineering,by right of its excellent electrochemical performance.Because the electrode is the most important part of the super-capacitor,it is very important to develop the super-capacitor with superior properties such as high-power density,high-energy density and long cycle life,by using different electrode materials or different ways of composite.In this paper,through the combination of biomass-based carbon materials and electrochemical active materials,the capacitor electrode materials with better electrochemical performance and more environmentally friendly were obtained.firstly,the biomass carbon materials with good conductivity and high specific surface area were prepared by wood carbonization,then the biomass carbon materials such as conductive polymer and metal oxide were combined by electrodeposition,the composite electrode of biomass carbon materials was prepared.And finally The surface morphology,chemical structure and electrochemical properties of the electrode materials were studied by three characterization techniques and electrochemical tests.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)In this paper,HCl,H2SO4,HNO3 and HClO4 were used as the doping acid of aniline.Polyaniline(PANI)electrode materials were prepared by template-free self-assembly method.Ammonium persulfate was used as oxidant to change the acid type of acid to achieve the polymerization.Changes in morphological and electrochemical properties of aniline.Tested at a current density of 1 A/g,the sulfuric acid doped electrode has the best electrochemical performance with a capacitance of up to 105.4F/g,and the specific capacitances of hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid are 88.4F/g,73.8F/g and 61.2F/g respectively.(2)Several prepared lumbers were carbonized and the electrode precursor with good conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance was obtained.the PANI/BCM composite electrode and MnO2/BCM electrode were prepared by using different preparation conditions of using Electrodeposited aniline and MnO2.The optimal preparation conditions were selected by electrochemical test,and the specific capacitances were 156.4F/g and 272F/g at the current density of 1 A/g.Compared with the sulfuric acid doped polyaniline electrode,the specific capacitance increased by 48.4%and 158%,respectively,and the conductivity increased significantly.Compared with the conventional method,the biomass carbon material electrode capacitance has an increase of more than 35%.(3)On the basis of PANI/BCM composite electrode and MnO2/BCM composite electrode,a layer of active substance was deposited by electrodeposition to form MnO2/PANI/BCM composite electrode and PANI/MnO2/BCM composite electrode.Through the electrochemical test,at the current density of 1A/g,the specific capacitance is 320.5F/g and 291.2F/g respectively.Compared with the single-layer electrode,the specific capacitance has an increase of 104.9%and 0.07%,respectively,and the conductivity is obviously increased.Compared with the previous single-layer electrode capacitance of manganese dioxide and polyaniline,there is a 40%increase.
