Wastewater treatment and resource utilization in urban wastewater has been an important research content in the water treatment industry.The use of AFRMBR in the treatment of municipal sewage in order to achieve the discharge of domestic sewage standards.Through the long-term operation of anaerobic fluidized bed-rotating membrane bioreactor,to explore the process of the city's sewage treatment performance,energy gas recovery and temperature factors in its treatment process and the degree of membrane pollution prevention and control issues.The results showed that AFRMBR could reach a more comprehensive and stable state after 50d of the start-up phase.The effluent COD was kept below 50 mg/L,the overall COD removal rate was 90%,and the COD removal rate in the reactor was 60%,gas production stability in the 0.24L/gCOD approximately.Temperature changes have an impact on AFRMBR performance.During the 110 days of stable operation,the COD removal rate of the device did not change obviously,and the COD removal rate was greatly affected by temperature.The removal rate of COD was 75%at 35?,and only 45%at 15?.Gas production at 30? up to 0.2L/gCOD,less than 20? only 0.04L/gCOD.The SMP content in the sludge mixture gradually increased with the decrease of temperature,the content was 15mgTOC/L at 30? and 33.71mgTOC/L at 18?.The microbial community structure in the reactor evolved with the temperature change,the relative abundance of Methanosaeta and Methanobacterium decreased gradually with the decrease of temperature.At 35?,the relative abundance was 10%and 5%respectively.Membrane contamination analysis showed that the total resistance of the AFRMBR conta1inated membrane was 7.83×1012 m-1 on average,and mud cake layer resistance of 6.24×1012m-1,the proportion is 79.69%.The gel layer resistance is 1.1 8×1012m-1,the proportion is 15.07%.Film inherent resistance of 0.24×1012m-1,the proportion is only 3.01%.
