The metal plastic deformation resistance of the wear resistant steel is studied at800?1200?and strain rates of 1?40s-1by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulator to obtain the stress-strain curves.The mathematical model of the deformation resistance was established.With suitable simulation hypotheses and feasible loading and edge-restraint condition,the 3-D elasto-plastic finite-element model was established and the multi-pass hot-rolling process of wear-resistant steel and carbon steel composite plate was simulated successfully.This article simulated the rolling bonding process of resistant laminated composite through ANSYS/LS-DYNA finiteelement analysis software.The stress and strain of laminated composite under various reduction ratios were analyzed in order to conclude the deformation law and characteristics of the composite.Comprehensive analysis the result of the FEM numerical simulation and the laboratory rolling experiment,summarize that the interfacial bonding rate of wear-resistant clad plate increased in S type curve with the increase of the reduction ratio.It provides the basis for judgment of the interface bonding of wear resistant steel clad plates.The rolling pressure and other parameters were obtained through the finite element simulated results under different conditions and the average unit pressure model is obtained by statistical method on basis of the analysis of the relationship between average unit pressure and each variable that come from the simulation.The deformation resistance model of wear-resistant steel composite plate is obtained by the finite element simulation of uniaxial compression test under different conditions.The influential coefficient model in stressed state has been established through back calculating the influential coefficient in stressed state,thus the second average unit pressure model is established.
