Graphite paper is a kind of graphite products,demand of graphite paper increased year by year because of excellent sealing and thermal performance of graphite paper.Increase the research and development efforts of graphite paper production equipment are very important to the development of economic construction.Graphite paper rolling device is a kind of rolling machine,research on its dynamic performance and optimized design for the device are good for enhance the dynamic performance of graphite paper rolling device and improve the quality of graphite paper and also can save source.This paper takes the graphite rolling device as the research object and dynamic analyses have been done to get following results:(1)Describe the produce process of graphite paper briefly,build the three demission model of graphite paper rolling machine and give some parameters.(2)Modal analyses of the roll has been done by using rigid support at first,then modal analyses of the roll has been done by using spring unit with consideration of the bearing stiffness to simulate the elastic support,then conclude that: bearing stiffness must be considered while dynamic analysis of roll is doing.With bearing stiffness increases,natural frequencies of the roll raise at the same time,we can conclude that: enhance the bearing stiffness can improve the dynamic performance of the roll.First six natural frequencies of the roll of graphite paper rolling device all near or beyond 400 Hz and vibration of the roll will not occur.(3)Build the FEA model of the whole machine,simplified and equivalent have been done for some complex part.First six natural frequencies and vibration models are obtained by modal analysis.Harmonic response analysis of this machine is calculated,resonance frequency and resonance displacement in Z direction are identified as the weakness link of the whole machine.Modal analysis of graphite paper rolling machine before and after stiffness of each part is enhanced is calculated,the base is identified as the weakness part of this machine.Take the weakness part as the object to be optimized,and improve the weakness link as the optimize goal to improve the dynamic stiffness of the whole machine.(4)Built and solve optimization equation by use of sensitivity method.Compare the dynamic stiffness of the whole machine before and after optimized,then get that: weakness frequency increases by 16.45%,amplitude of displacement resonance in Z direction decreases by 14.58% and total weight of the whole machine does not increase.Four methods that weight and first natural frequency all lower than the method above are obtained by use of ANSYS Workbench,then evaluate these methods by use of fuzzy matter-element method and get the best design.The best design method is the initial optimization program.Topological optimization of the column to reduce machine quality has been done on the basis of the best optimization design.At last,weights of each column reduce 14.7Kg and the dynamic characteristics of the column do not reduce and the static characteristics of the column meet the need.
