Energy base in China for a long period are mainly coal,coal mining face many unpredictable and uncontrollable bad natural factors,how to safe,effective and productive development has always been serious problems in the enterprise development and social harmony,so coal production safety in coal mine is introduced into the robot to promote has practical significance.This paper aims to provide a scientific and feasible method for safety evaluation of downhole robots.Coal mining robot positioning is to replace human work work to complete some of the high and low risk,so the degree of danger of the work environment always exists uncertainty,its security,mainly depends on whether the essence of its own security to coal mine safety rules and other relevant requirements,and the coal mine air environment,the influence factor of some unknown will of robot pose a potential risk,such as robots in inclined lane work,the attitude of keep can satisfy oneself not tilt,if a little tilt,its will and the surrounding metal steel bruised,thus causing spark If this hypothesis holds,the consequences of this risk are incalculable.Therefore,this paper will study and discuss the possibility of safe use of robots from the following aspects:Firstly,the research progress of underground robots in coal mines at home and abroad and the purpose and significance of this research subject are described.Secondly,different environments in the mine are explained,such as topographic and geomorphic environment,roadway space environment,water resources environment,etc.,and some of the "environment " models are simplified,and a certain size range is given,and the positioning system of the mine robot is briefly explained.Again,introduces the structure of the several typical mobile robot in coal mine,this paper expounds the coal mining robot mechanical structure and explosion protection system design,system for the mechanical structural design of robot and explosion-proof safety level of industry standards,this paper discusses,by using SolidWorks software for 3 d modeling and simulation analysis with the ANSYS workbench,the simulation results show that the strength and deformation can satisfy the use requirement,and also expounds on the coal mining robot control system functional requirements and concrete structure;Finally,on the basis of the framework principle of environmental safety assessment,the framework of gas safety environment in underground coal mine is established.The difficulty of this paper is how to minimize the influence of human factors on underground environmental safety assessment.The downhole air environment data is the dominant data in evaluating the safety of downhole environment.For the gas environment in the downhole air,each factor is not a single one,and they all affect each other,which will inevitably affect the evaluation effect due to the addition of human factors.Innovation point of this article is a comprehensive network process(ANP)and FCE two methods,and combined with the actual,add three fuzzy number to the coal mine safety evaluation of human factors in the environment influence weight reduce to a minimum,therefore,can use ANP-FCE evaluation method of the combination of various factors between the weight calculated by quantitative and qualitative methods.Figure 28 table 8 reference 51...
