Design Of Rural Kitchen Furniture Based On Life Style In Yuncheng Area

The report of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress pointed out that the problem of agricultural and rural farmers was the fundamental matters vital to the national well-being and the people’s livelihood.Therefore,We must always take solving the problems of "three dimensional rural issues" as the top priority of the whole Party’s work to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In order to realize the rural revitalization,it should be paid more attention to the improvement of rural living conditions while developing industries.As a place to prepare and cook meal,the kitchen plays a significant role in the daily life of farmers.Therefore,a set of reasonable and convenient kitchen furniture is particularly important.At present,the research on kitchen furniture design in rural areas is relatively insufficient.Under the new circumstances,the research and development of kitchen furniture facing the rural area also has a larger-scale development.This thesis selects the Shanxi Province Yuncheng rural area as the research object.With the rapid development of society,the material life and spiritual life of local rural residents have been extraordinarily improved.Because of the interweaving of traditional life style and new environmental changes,the local residents’ life style presents new content,and the kitchen life style gradually becomes the focus of this studyBased on the theory of life style,this study takes the systematic research as the basis to conduct the quantitative and qualitative research on the life style of rural residents in Yuncheng area,which focuses on the kitchen life and concludes the characteristics of life style in Yuncheng rural area,analyzes and sorts out the current situation and pain points of the use of kitchen in Yuncheng area,and explores the actual requirements.According to the above research and analysis,it analyzes the design elements from four perspectives,which are architectural space,operation behavior,functional facilities and kitchen environment.In addition,it also puts forward four design principles,namely functional practicability,visual aesthetics,economy and production feasibility,and points out their specific connotations Meanwhile,it constructs the design framework of rural kitchen furniture based on lifestyle in Yuncheng area on this basis.Ultimately,it defines the design requirements from three aspects of human function,technical function and production function,and draws up the design specifications and requirements.On this basis,several design schemes are completed,and the value opportunity analysis tool(VOA)is used to evaluate the kitchen furniture design scheme,select the most reasonable scheme to modify and refine.At the meantime,the design and production of the model is achieved and the application verification is realized.
