The exploitation of Daqing Oilfield has gradually entered a new historical stage from the stable and high-yield period.Various complex development problems are gradually being exposed.The sustainable development of the oilfield has become the biggest problem facing Daqing.As the pillar unit of Daqing Oilfield’s production capacity,the Fifth Oil Production Plant is located at the junction of the old area and the periphery of Daqing Placanticline.Since it was put into development in 1970,it has undergone self-spraying,transfer pumping,primary,secondary and tertiary encryption adjustment stages,Has accumulated 145 million tons of crude oil production.As the difficulty of water flooding potential exploitation of the No.5 Oil Production Plant increases year by year,in order to maintain the sustainable development of the oil production capacity of the No.5 Oil Production Plant,the proportion of poly flooding projects in the oil field production capacity projects has increased year by year and has been planned from 2021 to 2025 A number of polymer flooding capacity projects,including Xingnan and Fuyang polymer combined well capacity projects scheduled for implementation in 2021.This paper studies and designs the construction plan of Xingnan and Fuyang Polymer Combined Well Productivity Project.The first chapter discusses the research background and research significance of this project,and through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,understand the current research status of project construction management at home and abroad,clarify the research content of this article,analyze and organize the research ideas of this article,The research methods used in the design of the construction plan are described.The second chapter mainly discusses related basic theories,respectively defines engineering projects,petroleum engineering construction projects and engineering project management,and elaborates engineering project management content,engineering project construction scheme design principles and engineering project scheme construction design content.The third chapter is an overview of the Xingnan and Fuyang Polymer Combined Well Productivity Project.It discusses the project construction background,the necessity of the project construction,the content and characteristics of the project construction,etc.,and estimates the investment and economics of the project.The benefits are explained.The fourth chapter is the design of Xingnan and Fuyang polymer combined well productivity project construction plan.First,the design objectives and design principles of the productivity project are set,and then the project organization structure is carried out based on relevant theoretical knowledge and company management regulations.Designed,and designed the responsibilities of the main positions of the project,and finally carried out detailed design from the aspects of project progress control,material procurement,environmental protection,quality control,investment control,and risk identification and management.The fifth chapter is the implementation guarantee of Xingnan and Fuyang polymer combined well productivity project construction plan.This chapter has formulated talent guarantee measures,capital guarantee measures,material and equipment supply guarantee measures and information technology and informatization guarantee measures according to the actual situation of the project..At the end of the article,based on the research content of this article,the conclusions of the design of the construction plan of Xingnan and Fuyang polymer combined well productivity projects are drawn.
