With the continuous deepening of oilfield development,the research and design of downhole tools has become an important part of oilfield development.The oilfield downhole tool simulation well experiment system plays an important role in the development of downhole tools,in which the flow regulating valve is the core component of various simulation well experiment systems.Therefore,the development of a new type of high-pressure flow control valve has practical significance for enhancing the reliability of the simulation well experiment system,increasing the flow adjustment range,and realizing automatic control.A high-pressure flow control valve with high integration and precise adjustment is designed.The new high-pressure flow control valve is controlled by PLC and driven by a motor.The spool opening can be adjusted through the cooperation of worm gear and screw.Based on the full analysis of the structure and flow characteristics of the high-pressure flow control valve,combined with the throttling theory,the throttling form of the high-pressure flow control valve was optimized.According to the physical model of the drive unit of the high-pressure flow regulating valve,the mathematical model of the high-pressure flow regulating valve system is established,and the system stability analysis is carried out.According to the structural characteristics of the throttle unit of the regulating valve,the mathematical model and flow formula of the flow field structure suitable for the high-pressure flow regulating valve are established.On this basis,the operating parameters of the regulating valve are analyzed to obtain the corresponding relationship between the operating parameters and the flow of the regulating valve,and the structural parameters of the flow field are optimized.Using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to numerically simulate the internal flow field of the high-pressure flow control valve,the relationship between the valve opening and the flow rate under different pressure differences was obtained,and the flow characteristics of the high-pressure flow control valve were studied.Based on the numerical simulation of the internal flow field,the internal flow field structure is optimized twice,and the optimized internal flow field is simulated and analyzed to determine the operating characteristics of the high-pressure flow control valve.Experimental research on the flow characteristics of the flow regulating mechanism of the flow regulating valve was carried out.Through the analysis and research on the experimental conclusion and the vaildcomputer numerical simulation conclusion,the working characteristics of the high-pressure flow regulating valve were completed.The research on the high-pressure flow control valve and its working characteristics have certain reference value for the design and research of the flow control valve,provide new ideas for the optimization of the performance of the control valve,and provide reference basis and theoretical support for the design of the high-pressure flow control valve in the oil simulation well experiment system.
