With the improvement of industrialization and the development utilization of metal mineral resources in China,the high-grade mineral resource with high economic value has rapidly reduced and the supply of metal resources has faced unprecedented pressure.Therefore,it is very important to use the low-grade mineral resources economically and effectively.Hydrometallurgy is more efficient and cleaner than conventional pyrometallurgy processes and it is more suitable for low-grade,complex metal mineral resources.At the same time,with the improvement of the industrial productions and the development of automation technology,in order to ensure the safety,stability and higher comprehensive economic efficiency of the production,the assessment of operating performance for the production process of industrial has been gradually emerging research issue,and it has received growing interests from both academia and industry in recent years.Due to the high economic value of gold,there is important practical significance to improve the production efficiency and economy for the enterprise,by operating performance assessment of hydrometallurgy process timely and accurately.In this thesis,the method of hierarchical based operating performance assessment and nonoptimal cause identification for the hydrometallurgy process is proposed.This method aims at the complex production process like hydrometallurgy which has a lot of processes,multivariable,meanwhile strong coupling among variables.In addition,nonoptimal cause identification method based on the contribution of variables can be used to locate causes which cause the poor economic efficiency of the industrial production,and the solution is able to give according to the performances.The background of this thesis is the hydrometallurgy process,a hierarchical based offline modeling and online assessment method is proposed,by the Total Projection to Latent Structure algorithm.When the process operating is under nonoptimal situation,nonoptimal cause is identified by using contribution index.And then the operation adjustment strategies based on Case Base are proposed,so that the operator can adjust the production process timely and effectively according to the adjustment strategy and the situation.It can improve the productivity and economy of enterprises,promoted production management and process improvement.
