X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is a common element analysis method, which is widely used in geology, petrochemical industry, metallurgy and other fields. In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, some products with high unit price and low output produced in the fields of life science and material science also have the need for elemental analysis. The traditional X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy quantitative analysis sample preparation methods, such as powder tableting method and fusing method, have a large demand for samples, and it is difficult to meet the detection requirements of trace samples. Therefore,it is urgent to develop a sample preparation method for quantitative analysis of X-ray fluorescence spectrum suitable for trace samples.Due to its two-dimensional planar structure, graphene material can form a very thin and dense microfilm after being dispersed.Taking advantage of the characteristics of graphene material,we use graphene material dispersion to disperse the sample and use vacuum filtration The method enriches the sample and fixes the sample through the dense microfilm formed by the graphene material, thereby achieving uniform dispersion of the sample on the microfilm. Here,we use copper as the experimental object, and use copper oxide as the sample to carry out X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy on the copper-loaded microfilms prepared by different microfilm preparation methods. The LOD of the single-layer copper-loaded microfilm film sample is 0.0012 mg;The LOD of layer-by-layer copper-loaded microfilm is 0.00299 mg;Compared with the tableting method and the fusing method, the LOD has been greatly improved. The accuracy of the method was tested using cuprous oxide and basic copper carbonate as actual samples, and the measured recovery rates between 74.4-101.9%.This result shows that the sample preparation method has better detection effect for different samples, the sample preparation method is simple, and the sample preparation method can be further developed for more element quantitative analysis. While preparing micro-membrane samples,we innovated the powder tableting method, using a small amount of tableting tools for powder tableting, which greatly reduced the amount of samples used.We also studied the interaction of copper, iron, and gadolinium in XRF detection.
