Epoxy resin has excellent bonding properties,adhesion,chemical resistance,physical mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties,and is widely used in anti-corrosion coatings.The unsaturated double bond in vegetable oleic acid can increase the crosslink density of the polymer and the drying speed of the coating film through oxidative polymerization.Vegetable oleic acid modified epoxy resin has important practical significance for the preparation of one-component epoxy resin anticorrosive coatings.In this thesis,the bisphenol A epoxy resin was modified with vegetable oleic acid in the bio-based resin,the unsaturated fatty acid double bond was introduced into the molecule of the epoxy resin,and the chemical modification method was used to pass the acrylate monomer through ethylene.Based on the polymerization of epoxy resin,the epoxy resin was graft modified to synthesize self-emulsifiable epoxy resin emulsion,and to prepare single-component epoxy resin varnish and color paint,systematically evaluate the physical and mechanical properties of the coating,resistance to media,salt spray resistance and drying speed produce a single-component epoxy coating modified by bio-based resin with optimized corrosion resistance.In addition,in this paper,with the goal of improving the mechanical strength of epoxy resin-based composite materials,using hyperbranched epoxy resins and nanoparticles as modifiers,we carried out optimization studies on the mechanical properties of composite materials.The main research contents of this paper include:1.The effects of the types and dosages of epoxy resin and vegetable oleic acid,and the type of solvent on the synthesis and stability of the emulsion were studied.When the bisphenol A epoxy resin E-06 with larger molecular weight is selected as the matrix,a stable emulsion with a latex particle size of about 120 nm is synthesized in a solvent system of n-butanol and propylene glycol butyl ether.The effect of the amount of hydrophilic monomers and crosslinking monomers on emulsion synthesis stability and resin water resistance was further investigated.Acrylic acid(AA)was used as the hydrophilic monomer,and diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)was used as the crosslinking monomer.When the dosage is 2wt%and 3wt%respectively,the emulsification process is stable.Finally,by optimizing the reverse process,the epoxy acrylic emulsion,a bio-based resin modified with a particle size of about 150nm and a solid content of 35%can be stably dispersed.2.Using the synthesized emulsion as a film-forming resin,single-component epoxy resin varnishes and color paints were prepared.Based on the evaluation of the coating drying rate,mechanical properties,salt spray resistance and medium resistance,the ring was systematically studied factors such as the type and amount of oxygen resin,the type and amount of bio-based resin,the cross-linking system,coating additives,and drying process of the coating film affect the performance of the coating.Further improve the resin and auxiliary formulations of varnish and color paint,optimize the coating performance,and finally obtain a coating-based water-based single component modified by a bio-based resin with a hardness of 3H,an impact resistance of 120cm,and a salt spray resistance of more than 500h Epoxy resin anti-corrosion varnish,and water-based single-component epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint modified by bio-based resin with hardness of 2H,impact resistance of 60cm,and salt spray resistance of 100h.3.Preparation of epoxy resin-based composite materials with SiO2 particles as filler,and with the goal of improving the mechanical properties of the material,the size and dosage of SiO2 particles,interface modification methods,hyperbranched epoxy resin and graphene oxide were developed Influence of factors such as dosage on the mechanical properties of materials.When adding 0.3%graphene oxide,5%hyperbranched epoxy resin,and 1%KH560 to modify the surface energy of SiO2 particles,the optimized ratio of SiO2 particle size is:45?m:10?m:1.6?m is 1:2:1,Adding 2%SiO2 particles with a size of 10 nm,the material has better mechanical properties,and finally an epoxy resin-based composite material with a tensile strength of about 55 MPa,a bending strength of about 88 MPa,and a compressive strength of about 102 MPa is obtained.
