| With the increasing of the global demand for clothing,the level of automation is also increasing.However,the success rate of the new winding device with SIF is low,and it will be difficult to meet the requirements of high string up rate in the market.According to the failure of catching and cutting yarns,the main research work as follows:Firstly,introduced the structure principle and work flow of the winding device with SIF of texturing machine,then expounded its potential problems of the structure and put forward specifical improvement in O-ring and center disk and set nut for gear.Secondly,established virtual assembly models with Solidworks;optimized the center disk’s auxiliary hole with simulation method of dynamic balance theory,then using motion simulation function to check the optimized structure and to slove the dynamic imbalance.The simulation results showed that the eccentricity of the center disk’s mass point away from the rotating shaft and the reaction force borne by the bearing seat were both reduced.The eccentricity decreased from Y=-2.01688mm,Z=-0.03793mm to Y=-0.00236mm and Z=-0.00048mm,and the distal and proximal reaction force decreased from 6N and 0.9N to 0.3N and 0N.Thirdly,analyzed the large deformation of O-ring with the theory of compression deformation and re-selected the structure type.Then using ANSYS 18.0 to check the improved o-ring with finite element statics.The above method was used to solve the problems of large stress and large deformation of o-ring dynamic seal.The simulation results showed that the deformation of the improved o-ring was significantly reduced when the dynamic seal was satisfied.The stress and strain values decreased from 1.0145 MPa and 5.257 e-6mm to 0.71035 MPa and 3.7457 e-6mm.Because of the failure of thread fastened and the guide pipe motion laged behind the gear motion,optimized the shape of internal thread of gear.The simulation results showed that the maximum stress value of the screw thread surface decreased from 142Mpa to 62Mpa,and the maximum stress value decreased below the yield strength of the gear material.It means that the guide pipe motion lags the gear motion has been sloved and the SIF angle is stability.Finally,tested the optimized center disk and O-ring and gear comprehensively,which by testing the catching and cutting effect in prototype.The experimental results showed that the improved winding unit successed every time.Based on the improved design in this paper,the problem of catching and cutting yarn of winding unit was sloved.Improved the production efficiency and quality of the texturing machine,it plays an active role in improving the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
