As a new coating material,polydopamine has excellent biocompatibility,dispersion,and stability and is widely used in the fields of water adsorption and biomedicine.In this paper,polylactic acid/graphite oxide/dopamine(PLA/GO/DA)porous nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning,and then DA was oxidized and polymerized into PDA,which was loaded on the fiber surface and occupied the porous structure of the fiber.Finally,the prepared PLA/GO/PDA nanofiber membrane was used for dye adsorption.In this paper,L9(34)orthogonal test was firstly designed,and the optimal technological parameters for preparing PLA porous nanofiber membrane were determined by SEM and fiber diameter data analysis:PLA concentration was 8wt%,solvent ratio(DCM:DMF)=9:1,spinning voltage was 20kV,and spinning distance was 18cm.Then,PLA/GO porous nanofiber membranes with different GO concentrations were prepared on this basis.Through the characterization and analysis of relevant properties,when the GO concentration was 0.5wt%,the best comprehensive performance of PLA/GO porous nanofiber membranes with pore structure and fracture strength could be obtained.In the preparation of PLA/GO/PDA fiber membranes experiment,PLA/GO/DA porous nanofiber membranes were prepared through the electrostatic spinning firstly,secondly,L16(43)orthogonal test was designed to explore the impact of reaction temperature,reaction time and concentration of DA on the performance after DA was oxidized and loaded on the fiber,according to the SEM and the adsorption performance of fiber membrane to methylene blue(MB),data visual analysis,variance analysis and F test,the optimum process parameters are determined as:reaction temperature is 45℃,the reaction time is 30 h,DA concentration for 2 mg/ml.Finally,the properties of PLA/GO/PDA nanofibers prepared under the optimal process parameters were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that the average diameter of the fibers loaded with PDA increased from 737nm to 996nm,and a layer of PDA with a thickness of about 129nm was loaded on the outer surface of the fibers,making the CA of the fiber membrane 0° and becoming a hydrophilic material.The fiber residual mass in thermogravimetric analysis was about 16.16%,most of which were PDA mass residual.In the performance test of dye MB adsorption,the PLA/GO/PDA fiber membrane prepared based on PLA/GO/DA fiber membrane is superior to the PLA/GO/PDA fiber membrane prepared based on PLA/GO fiber membrane,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 202.575mg/g.At the same time,the adsorption performance of PLA/GO/PDA fiber membrane on dye MB was better than that of rhodamine B(RhB).
