| Recently with the development of the Internet technology,Internet Economics spread to every kind of industries.As the model of Internet plus traditional industry appears,many manufacturing enterprises are facing tremendous change of their marketing environment.It is in similar situation for recent key business of C Corporation,Advanced Engineered Material(AEM)business.The characteristics of its market today shows product customization,all industry chain E-connection,operating automation and ecological trend for manufacturing and operating which raised new challenges and requirements to C Corporation.However,the current organization structure,basic equipment,information management system and operating efficiency of C Corporation cannot meet the new requirements of this market.As a result,it turns into slowdown of the business growth and decrease of customer satisfactory for C Corporation now.It is thus clear that the current market strategy of C Corporation as well as its organization structure which was mainly designed 10 year ago are no longer capable to support the development needs today.It becomes the bottom-neck to support AEM business of C Corporation to further grow in a higher speed.After research and analysis,WO strategy is selected to be used in Advanced Engineered Material business for C Corporation.As per WO strategy,C Corporation should focus on encouraging innovation,improving the product differentiation,taking advantage of internet technology and tools to optimize business model and improve efficiency.In this way,its core competence would be enhanced in order to keep C Corporation developing in a high speed sustainably.At the end of this paper,five aspects of protective measures have been raised to ensure the strategy been stick to during operation.They are: improving the business model,optimizing the organization structure,importing better information management system,developing strong high-tech talents pool and enhancing corporate culture. |
