| In the case of more serious heavy metal pollution,portable heavy metal detection system suitable for various on-site detection is particularly important.In this paper,on the basis of the previous research,referring to the experience of CMCVs-HM,a portable heavy metal detection system is developed based on DSP chip.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the scheme of portable heavy metal detection system based on DSP chip is determined.In order to meet the requirements of portable and sensitive system,electrochemical method is selected.As the main control chip,DSP not only meets the basic requirements of portable and integrated system,but also provides the possibility for development of continuous online automatic monitoring in the future.The system has three host computer softrares which provide a variety of choices for different customers and experimental situations.The scanning range of the system is determined to be ± 4V.Compared with the general heavy metal detection system,the system can be applied to not only heavy metal detection,but also biological monitoring and diamond electrode research.(2)The design and implementation of hardware and software is completed.The hardware mainly includes power supply module,DSP minimum system,potentiostat module,IV conversion circuit,signal conditioning module,motor drive module,serial communication module,bluetooth communication module.The software includes host computer software based on Labview,C# and Android,and slave computer software.(3)All functional tests of the hardware circuit and debugging of the software are completed;all electrochemical methods are tested on simulated resistors,potassium ferricyanide of 10 ppm and 20 ppm,and heavy metals such as Zn,Cr,Pb,Cu from 1 ppm to50 ppm.The results show that the average error of peak potential of Zn,Cr,Pb and Cu is controlled below 6.25%,which is basically stable.The linear correlation between concentration of heavy metal and peak current is between 0.9978 and 0.9577,which is closeto ideal value 1.In conclusion,the system is executable and reliable. |
