Slippery liquid infused porous surfaces(SLIPS)is a research hotspot of special wetting surfaces from 2011.It has broad application prospects in the fields of medical,marine antifouling,anti-ice and liquid transport.Constructing a porous surface and securing the lubricant to the surface is the key to the preparation of a SLIPS.We studied the influence of substrates with different morphologies on the performance of SLIPS,and explored the relationship between the durability and stability of SLIPS and the morphology of the substrate.The specific research content is as follows:1、Preparation of porous glass substrates.The porous structure was constructed on the glass sheet by the three methods: hydrofluoric acid steam corrosion method,ammonia water hydrothermal method,and sodium bicarbonate hydrothermal method.The suitable experimental conditions were tried and selected,the surface morphology was analyzed and the statistics were compared.Among them,the candle soot is used as a sacrificial layer to corrode the hydrofluoric acid vapor for 1-4 minutes,the surface of the glass is shallowly corroded,and the holes of 1-3 μm appear in 5-30 minutes,and the depth of the holes is 0.23-2 μm.The size and depth of holes increase with the corrosion time.The nanorods on the glass surface of hydrothermal method of ammonia water hydrothermal method for 14-20 h are staggered into a network structure.The nanorod size and pore depth increase with increasing hydrothermal time.The glass surface of sodium bicarbonate hydrothermally heated for 14-20 h shows a spongelike porous structure,the nanopores gradually decrease from dozens of nanometers on the surface to a few nanometers inside,with the hydrothermal time increasing,the surface particles are more uniform and the glass is corroded deeper.2、Research on the properties of SLIPS based on porous glass substrate.On the basis of the successful construction of porous glass substrate,after hydrophobization treatment and lubricating oil pouring and tilting,the SLIPS was prepared to study their performance.The maximum load capacity of silicone oil is related to the pore volume.The larger the pore volume,the greater the maximum load capacity;the remaining load of silicone oil is related to the pore structure after a long time.The smaller the pore,the greater the remaining load.The sliding speed of water droplets on the SLIPS increases and then decreases with the passage of measurement time.The durability of the SLIPS is mainly affected by the load of the lubricating oil in the early stage.The durability is better with more lubricating oil;The durability in the later stage is mainly affected by the surface structure.The denser and finer the surface pore structure presents,the better durability the surface possesses.But it is also related to the remaining load of lubricating oil.
