| China’s 2025 intelligent smart strategic policies to guide and encourage the digital upgrade and development of traditional enterprise,the enterprise can highlight advantages can compete in the global market environment,market competition environment to fully increasing pressure.Any industrial enterprise in the world is unable to avoid digital,however in recent years,the digital transformation of traditional enterprise bottlenecks and confusion often encounter more transition point.KR enterprises,this article through to the traditional process industry transformation and upgrading of digital problems are studied,and the KR company in the main difficulties faced by digital capability in ascension to give the solution.Due to the complexity of investment cost and the project of digital transformation degree is higher,enterprises need to be a digital transformation and upgrading of the necessity of digital transformation and digital to evaluate thinking and strategic steps.In this paper,by using SWOT(trend analysis)for KR enterprise internal and external environment,opportunities and risk analysis of the overall situation,through the analysis for KR enterprises really need to do in the existing market competition environment transformation of digital layout for a long time.When determining the digital transformation of KR company strategic direction,the need to clearly understand the existing level of digital KR enterprises,this paper used the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),for KR today’s digital level and enterprise management and the personnel at the grass-roots level understanding of the digital and master degree.Through expert interview after the established four primary digital indicators and 15 secondary indicators for the digital capability of KR company dimension evaluation and calculation of its digital ability score,get the digital current status for primary KR.This paper puts forward the solutions to help digitize KR enterprises,improve the capacity of the first enterprises need to clear their own digital transformation strategic target,for the implementation of the digital needs to have a clear roadmap,and improve enterprise management and operational personnel ability of digital level,the enterprise needs to complement and required to run the building of digital factory system,through the existing information,and make the enterprise production data information transparency,make the production data and information to create value for the enterprise.The ability of enterprise digital upgrade can deal with pressure from the increasingly global competition,new business models are emerging,the existing mode of production and competitiveness are challenged,realize the digitized transformation under the necessity of focusing on the operation processmanagement,and create core competitiveness for enterprises from the aspects of digital ability to ascend. |
