| As the urban modernization process continues to advance,the scale of urban traffic continues to expand,road conditions become more and more complicated,urban road traffic accidents occur frequently,and the urban road traffic situation is more severe.Facing the severe hazards of urban road traffic accidents,how to construct a scientific and efficient urban road traffic safety risk assessment system and evaluate the urban road traffic safety has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban development.This article takes the urban road traffic safety system as the research object,deeply studies the problem of urban traffic safety risk assessment,draws on the theory of regional disaster system,puts forward the idea of regional disaster safety risk assessment,and establishes a highly applicable urban road traffic safety assessment model.According to the safety evaluation results,corresponding management suggestions are given.The main contents are as follows:First,based on the systemic nature of traffic safety and the characteristics of traffic roads,applying the theory of regional disaster system,fully considering the coupling effect of each part of the regional disaster system,analyzing the main factors affecting the urban road traffic safety risk,and forming a regional disaster system The ideological framework of influencing factors of urban road traffic safety risk has laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of urban road traffic safety risk evaluation index system and evaluation model.Secondly,the principle and purpose of the evaluation index system are clarified,and the urban road safety risk evaluation index system is constructed from the four aspects of disaster-causing factor,disaster-bearing body,disaster-preventing environment and emergency response capability,and the index is determined based on the AHP-entropy weight method The weight,based on the safety risk evaluation index system,establishes an evaluation model based on the extension matter-element method to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of urban road traffic safety.Finally,take a city in the west as an example,apply the constructed urban road traffic safety risk evaluation index system based on the regional disaster system theory,determine the index score and the weight of each index according to the actual situation of urban road traffic safety,and use the extension matter-element model Through analysis,it is concluded that the actual road traffic safety level of a certain western city is Grade II,which is at a medium-to-upper-level risk,and scientific and reasonable suggestions are made for urban road traffic safety management. |
