Nowadays,large domestic oilfields have entered a high water cut development period.The water content of oil wells is too high,and the difficulty of oilfield exploitation has gradually increased.The produced fluids contain a large amount of water,which has low extraction efficiency and increased production costs,which affects the oilfield.yield and economic benefits.The existing single-pump longitudinal vibration simulation model of the pumping rod string has been unable to satisfy the research on injection and production pumping systems in the same well.In view of this,the plunger movement law,the compressibility of the fluid in the pump barrel,and the effects of the gas in the pump barrel are considered,and a simulation model of the plunger load of the injection pumping system in the same well is established.Based on the working principle of the sucker rod string under the action of the plunger load of the injection pumping system in the same well,a longitudinal vibration simulation model of the sucker rod string under the injection pumping system in the same well was established.This article mainly researches the following aspects:First,based on the CFD_PBM numerical simulation,the oil droplets in the formation fluid coalesced before entering the downhole oil-water separator inlet,and the size distribution of the oil droplets at the inlet of the downhole oil-water separator was obtained.According to the distribution of oil droplet size at the inlet of the oil-water separator,the CFD_DPM numerical simulation of the multi-cup equal flow downhole oil-water separator separation process was used to calculate the separation efficiency of the oil-water separator.The oil-water separation efficiency curve was obtained by simulation.Secondly,according to the stress of the downhole sucker rod string,a longitudinal vibration mechanical model of the sucker rod string in the same well injection production pumping system is established,including a single-stage sucker rod string longitudinal vibration mechanical model and a multi-stage sucker rod string longitudinal vibration.Mechanical model.According to the working principle of the suction pump,a simulation model of the liquid pressure change law in the pump barrel and a simulation model of thepumping pump efficiency are established.Third,according to the established simulation model,MATLAB software is used to perform dynamic simulation of the injection pumping system in the same well,and draw the injection pump indicator diagram,production pump indicator diagram,and hanging point indicator diagram to accurately reflect the downhole.The working conditions of the pump and the force of the sucker rod string downhole further improve the computer simulation technology of the dynamic parameters of the pumping well.Finally,the design variables,objective functions,and constraints are determined.The enumeration method is used to optimize reasonable pumping parameters.The injection and production pumping system in the same well is optimized.The maximum system efficiency is taken as the optimization goal to meet the actual requirements of the well.At the same time of production requirements,the economic and reasonable purpose of oilfield exploitation is achieved.
