In recent years,some key technical problems still need to be solved in the process of making silk floss:(1)In the current process,Some auxiliaries used in mulberry silk floss,cassava silk floss and othe silk floss can indeed achieve the purpose of increasing the reducing rate of silk floss,residual oil rate of silk floss,but easily resulting in some problems such as sericin degeneration,broken silk fibroin structure,and excessive refining;(2)The refining time is too long in the process of making silk floss;(3)In the process of making silk floss,refining temperature is too high,damaging the silk fibroin and influencing the gloss.In addition,when mulberry silk floss is used for a period of time,which also causes some problems such as fuzzing,water stains,yellowing,and peculiar smell.While cassava silk is difficult to reel,it is mainly used as a raw material for silk spinning,After a certain period of time,which also arises some problems such as fuzzing,water stains,yellowing,and peculiar smell.This subject has made some new attempts to address some of the key technical issues in the process of making silk floss and the problems that exists after using silk for a period of time:(1)It is proposed to use several self-made scouring agents,formulated with lipase,laccase,alkaline protease and/or lauric to treat the mulberry silk floss,not only shortening the refining time of silk floss,reducing the refining temperature of silk floss,but also energy consumption has also been reduced a lot,overcoming the deficiencies of the existing technology;(2)The refining agents are used to treat cassava silk floss,the study finds that the refining effect of silk floss with refining agent 3(Qing Sibao)is obvious,one is to reduce the refining temperature,the other is to effectively reduce the refining time,meanwhile reducing the consumption of energy,which has better comprehensive benefits;(3)In order to solve the existing problems homemade chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HACC)and jasmine essence microcapsule finishing agents are selected to treat the cassava silk floss by the“two-bath method”.The results show that compared with the ordinary cassava silk floss,the antibacterial/aromatic silk floss has better antibacterial persistence to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli,the whiteness and hand feeling are improved in varying degrees.In addition,from the results of thermal analysis,the maximum peak temperature resulting from thermal decomposition of the cassava silk floss after antibacterial/aromatic finishing is slightly higher than before,indicating that the internal structure of the cassava silk floss fibers become tighter and more stable than the untreated ones.Therefore,some environment-friendly finishingagents are used to modify them in a certain way,so that on the basis of maintaining the original performance,which not only improving the quality of the products,but also broadening the development and application of the series of high value-added health products.
