In the process of comprehensive development of transportation system,the role of civil aviation field is more and more significant,and aviation security has been paid more and more attention.With the development of civil aviation security management system and the application of information technology,the construction and evaluation of civil aviation information security system has become an indispensable part of civil aviation security management system.For civil aviation enterprises,although there is a preliminary information security assessment mechanism in the industry,information security has the characteristics of complex risk sources and frequent technical iterations,so how to evaluate the level of information security construction accurately and systematically is often a major difficulty in information security management of enterprises.If information security assessment can be done well,then the overall information security management will undoubtedly yield twice the result with half the effort.This paper takes Dalian Branch of China Southern Airlines as the research object.After studying the related literature of information security assessment at home and abroad,it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate its information security construction level.Firstly,this paper makes a preliminary investigation and Analysis on the current situation of information security construction of China Southern Airlines Dalian Branch,and then,after discussion with experts,summarizes and determines the evaluation index system of information security construction level,and then uses AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to determine the weight and score of each evaluation index.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the existing problems of the information security system of China Southern Airlines Dalian branch are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions are given.From the evaluation results,the information security construction level of China Southern Airlines Dalian branch is in a good range as a whole,but it is still necessary to optimize and improve some indicators.In general,the existing information security management system of Dalian Branch has the following problems: equipment procurement first,but management strategy is not followed up in time;there is a security technology foundation,but the overall coordination of the information security management system is poor;attention is paid to planning and construction,less than the implementation of operation and maintenance management;attention is paid to hardware equipment,less than software investment,etc.In view of these existing problems,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions from the management level and technical level,such as improving the system construction,optimizing the management mode,introducing more mature and efficient software and hardware technology support.From the reality,this paper adopts the method of AHP and fuzzy evaluation to the information security level of civil aviation enterprises.Compared with this field,it has a certain contribution to the application of methods,which provides reference for the follow-up research of information security evaluation,and also helps to improve the information security level of Civil Aviation enterprises.
