In this thesis,polar MAH is grafted onto the EVA macromolecular chain,which is used to prepare EVA-g-MAH by melt grafting method.Compared with EVA,EVA-gMAH has improved polarity and improved compatibility with polar materials such as wood.The effects of EVA types,initiator types,initiator parts,reaction temperature and reaction time on the grafting rate of EVA melt graft MAH were investigated.A series of grafting rates ranging from 0.06% to 1.40% were obtained.The laboratory-prepared grafts were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR),1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectra(1H NMR),Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC)and Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC).Structure,the reaction mechanism of EVA melt grafting MAH monomer was analyzed.Finally,the paper uses EVA-g-MAH as the basic material to prepare hot-melt adhesive film,which is used to bond wood to prepare plywood.The effects of temperature and time on the adhesion of EVA-g-MAH film during the hot-press bonding process were studied.By changing the formulation of the melt grafting raw material and spraying the EVA-g-MAH adhesive film with BPO initiator solution treatment,an adhesive film that can adhere to the wooden board and meet the plywood second-class board or even first-class board standards is obtained.
