Life cycle assessment(LCA)is a very powerful environmental management tool.After more than 40 years of research and development,a standardized technical framework has been formed,including the definition of objectives and scope,inventory analysis,life cycle impact assessment,and result interpretation.section.An important aspect of life cycle localization is the localization of the life cycle impact assessment(LCIA)method,which is to explore and develop a suitable LCIA method to be suitable for specific countries and regions.The weighting factor of the weighting stage in the LCIA represents the relative importance of the environmental catalog.Using a specific weighting method,all environmental catalogs and their evaluation results can be integrated,and a single value is used to represent the total environmental impact,which is helpful for subsequent Strategic analysis.Compared with the common weighting method expert survey method and economic valuation method,the policy-based distancetarget method overcomes the subjectivity of the weighting stage to a certain extent,and can obtain a localized weighting factor set that is more suitable for specific research purposes and can represent The broad public awareness of developing countries like ours.Therefore,the LCA system can further exert its advantages as a decision support and analysis tool.In this paper,the policy-based distance-to-target method(Distant-to-target)is used to select 7 environmental catalogues such as the global warming potential(GWP)to construct a set of weighting factors for life cycle assessment suitable for LCA research in China.A sensitivity analysis was carried out on it,and the construction results were revised and improved.Based on the actual case of LCA,the applicability and superiority of the weighting factor set constructed in this study are discussed through a comparative analysis with other weighting factor sets in the existing study.First,through the analysis and research of China’s current resources and environmental policies,taking 2015 as the base year and 2020 and 2030 as the target years,extracting policy goals and applying the DTT method,a set of weighting factor sets CWFs is constructed,with the highest relative importance.The environmental catalog is photochemical ozone synthesis potential(16.7,18.8,21.8),and the lowest environmental catalog is fossil resource consumption potential(12.0,11.4,9.4),which is more timesensitive than other weighting factor sets in existing studies.Through the analysis and research of China’s current resources and environmental policies and the extraction of policy objectives,using 2015 as the base year and 2020 and 2030 as the target years,the DTT method was applied to construct a GWP(0.87,0.80),ODP(1.55,1.09),AP(1.01,1.35),EP(1.10,1.19),POCP(0.97,2.00),FDP(1.13,2.41).The supplementary weighting factors are more suitable for LCA research from an international environmental perspective.Based on the life cycle assessment of representative cases of sewage treatment industry,industry and agriculture,the three sets of weighting factor sets CWFs(2015-2020),CWFs(2020-2030),CWFs(2015-2030)and existing The other four sets of weighting factor sets in the study Europe(2010-2020),EDIP 2003,Gloria 2007,CWFs(2000-2005)in the case LCA study,the results of the differences and related discussions were conducted,the simulated wastewater plant LCA case GWP environment Catalogue,the environmental impact of CWFs(2000-2005)is 14.29% higher than that of CWFs(2015-2020),and the environmental impact of Gloria 2007 is nearly 20 times higher than that of CWFs(2015-2020),indicating the application of policy distance-target method to construct weighting factors Can better overcome the subjectivity of the weighting stage.For the ODP environmental catalog of pure electric vehicle LCA cases,the weighted environmental impact of EDIP 2003 is about 7.5 times that of CWFs(2015-2020)and about 2.6 times that of CWFs(2000-2005),indicating that choosing an appropriate weighting factor set can improve LCA results For reference.For the EP environmental catalog of agricultural corn production LCA cases,the weighted environmental impact value of Europe(2010-2020)is 12.20% lower than that of applied CWFs(2015-2020),and the weighted environmental impact value of CWFs(2000-2005)is lower than that of CWFs(2015-2020)Almost 15%.It shows that for the same reference area,the weighting factor set constructed by the same scientific method,timeliness is the main reason for the difference in results.
