At present,most mixing stations still use the traditional mixing method,namely,the self-falling type and the forced type.The drawback of this method is that the mixing strength is insufficient,segregation occurs,and the microscopic dispersion of the cement is not good.The vibrating mixing method is a relatively advanced mixing method,which can effectively improve the performance of cement stabilized macadam.The vibrating mixer not only has a longer mixing time than the ordinary mixer,but also generates vibration.The mixing effect of the mixing device on the mixture far exceeds the traditional mixing,so that the aggregate,water and cement inside the mixture can be evenly dispersed and the interaction is smoother.Workability is improved.The strength and durability after molding will increase.It also extends the life of the road.In this paper,the falling rotary vibration mixing process and equipment were developed and designed by ourselves.Through experimental research,the optimal drop vibration mixing parameters were determined.By comparing the performance changes of the mixture under different mixing modes,the following conclusions were drawn:For the mixture of different cement dosages,the vibration mixing can refine the particles of the mixture,reduce the probability of cement agglomeration,and improve the uniformity of the mixture;The strength of the finished material is significantly increased under the condition of vibration mixing.The experiment shows that the increase is 19%?43%,especially for the early age;Anti-scouring experiments and analysis by vibration mixing and non-vibration mixing show that vibration mixing can improve the anti-scour performance of cement stabilized macadam;Vibration mixing increases the adhesion between aggregate particles and improves the separation of cement stabilized macadam;Vibration mixing improves the compressive rebound modulus of cement stabilized macadam,with an amplitude of about 40%.Through the application in the actual project,the vibration mixing method is verified,and the performance parameters of the mixture can be optimized.The research results of the thesis show that the vibration mixing can greatly improve the parameters of cement stabilized macadam,and the strength and functional index of cement stabilized macadam are greatly improved.The research results on vibration mixing in municipal roads.Extensive application and in-depth research provide a reference.
