| With the development of society,our government defines environmental protection as a basic state policy and devotes major efforts to supporting the implementation of the policy.In our province,a new competitive situation has been formed for the industry because of the increasing emerging environmental protection enterprises.The lack of excellent talents makes it much harder for enterprises to obtain good human resources.As a result,how to retain and attract talents becomes the goal for the human resource management of modern enterprise.Since salary management is an important part of human resources,it is an effective way for enterprises to realize the advantage position in competing the talents through scientific and practical salary management proposal.As the first environment-friendly enterprise in Heilongjiang Province,Y Company has got a great development in recent years,while the original salary management system cannot meet the requirements of the company.This paper aims to improve the current situation of salary management of Y company by combining the present management situation and applying modern human resource theory of salary management,so as to play positive role in salary management and build a good foundation for the future development of Y Company.Regarding Y Company and its employees as the research object,based on a large number of relevant works and literatures,this paper firstly clarifies relevant concepts of salary management and summarizes the research status both at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of understanding the industry background and the enterprise nature,the payment data in recent 5 years has been collected to analyze the current situation,existing problems and its causes of salary management system from the perspective of personnel structure,wage structure,etc.,along with the method of investigation,qualitative analysis and the literature research.Thirdly,according to the principle of the improvement and design,upon existing salary system,this paper aims at improving the shortage and structure design,strengthening the construction of incentive mechanism and increasing corresponding welfare guarantee,so as to change the status of simplestructure of salary management,low salary and lacking of market competitiveness.In the improvement design,the staff position and hierarchy can be reclassified,while reasonable structure can be ensured through the method of staff allocation.At the same time,the design of structured and flexible salary system is valuable for the marketing personnel to the enterprise development.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the proposal,this paper presents the concept of relevant evaluation system and system guarantee,etc.This paper studies the effective way to strengthen the operation and management of Y Company.Meanwhile,to provide reference for the environmental protection enterprises,the research results can also be adopted into the relevant industries. |
