| Water pollution control in water source areas not only involves technical management and other issues.In essence,the most basic nature of water source areas is the nature of nature,which is integrated and independent in nature.However,in real life,due to different factors,different administrative areas within the same water source area will be formed in the governance of water source areas,and this division will also cause conflicts between management departments.The water source area of ??Gongshanzui in Jianchang County in this article is located in the upstream area of Qingshan water source area in the west of Liaoning Province.It is the largest river in the west of Liaoning Province.It runs through the west of Liaoning and flows into the Bohai Sea.This article takes Miyayamazui water source area as the research unit,and based on the first and second-level protected areas in the Miyayamazui water source basin as the starting point of governance,it uses the framework of networked governance to build the layout and system of water source governance.Contradictions between the public sector,the organization and coordination of the public sector and related enterprises,the participation of residents in the water source basin,and the formation of a responsible mechanism for the participation of multiple subjects,and the establishment of a new and diversified Jianchang County Gongshanzui Water-sourced networked governance mechanisms.The research on the effective treatment of water sources in Miyayama Tsui is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and most of them focus on the research of pollution treatment technology and sewage disposal technology.The relevant data and literature of water source areas are used to cooperate with the theory of administrative management to analyze and research.less.Based on the existing research theory and literature,this paper tries to find a management system that optimizes the water pollution treatment model of the water source area of Miyayamazui through the perspective of networked governance. |
