Integral siding parts are a type of key structural unit in the.aerospace industry.On the premise of meeting the load and structural strength requirements of aircraft wing-type siding,the outer surface must also meet the requirements of aerodynamic characteristics.Features such as large thickness variation,high accuracy of profile curvature and high requirements on surface topography.At present,the slab forming usually adopts the shot peening process,which has the advantages of a large forming range and high efficiency,but there are certain limitations in local repair,high-ribbed and thick-walled structures.This paper proposes a sheet metal hammering forming method.Taking 2024-T351 aviation aluminum alloy plate as the object,analyzing the forming principle and parameter control method of metal sheet metal hammering forming has important theory and application value.Based on the spherical cavity expansion model and the thin plate deflection theory,the relationship between hammering parameters and hammering stress and strain,hammering deformation and sheet metal forming curvature was analyzed.The finite element analysis model of the hammering system based on ABAQUS was established,which simplifies the complex impact process inside the impactor into the mutual impact motion between the three elastic rods,and then the movement characteristics of the impact head were obtained by simulation,using a three-way dynamometer obtained the changing law of impact force.Based on this,the distribution law of the stress and strain of the hammering surface,the evolution trend of the residual stress and the change law of the size of the hammering pit under different process parameters under single impact processing and multiple impact processing were studied,which are important for practical application.An industrial electric pickaxe,frequency converter,sliding platform and sensors were used to build a hammering test system.The movement principle of the hammering system was analyzed,and the calculation relationship between the impact speed and the energizing frequency of the hammer was established.The experiment investigated the influence of energization frequency,punch specifications and hammer density on the forming curvature,residual stress field and surface morphology of the plateCombining theoretical analysis and experimental research,an analytical model of plate hammering was established.Based on the systematic research of forming principles,the application range of plate hammering and the control strategy of hammering processing parameters were obtained.The application in the field of panel parts forming provides an effective way.
