Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid development in culture, economy, science and other aspects.Especially in scientific research, along with economic development, the demand for new materials in various industries is also increasing.Traditional, single metal materials have not reached the standards used in industry.Take chemical products and oil mining as an example: due to the global economic fate community, under the development of the Belt and Road, transportation and mining are facing huge challenges, gradually developing from land to ocean, and connecting one country to another.Traditional metal tube transportation can no longer meet the demand, and there is an urgent need to study high-performance metal tubes suitable for different needs. The bimetallic composite pipe studied in this paper uses carbon steel as the base pipe and stainless steel as the liner. At the same time,it has both the excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of carbon steel and the advantages of low price, and has been widely used and developed in actual industry. This article divides the composite pipe preparation process into two categories: plastic forming and non-plastic forming. The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation processes are compared and analyzed.Based on practical considerations, the Y-type three-roll mill is used to prepare carbon steel / stainless steel bimetal composite pipes,And using cold rolling preparation process.Through the research and analysis of metal elastoplastic finite element theory,cold-rolled metal principle, mill pass design theory, etc.,the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used for numerical simulation, the deformation law of the rolled tube, the composite tube outer tube at different rolling stages 1.The equivalent stress distribution of the inner tube, the changing law of rolling force during the rolling process, and the analysis of the diameter and wall thickness accuracy of the bimetallic composite tube.Studies have shown that the overall stress distribution is mainly concentrated in the contact area between therolled tube and the roll. After rolling, the change in the wall thickness of the outer tube of the bimetallic composite tube is larger than that of the inner tube, and the wall thickness changes are basically uniform everywhere The composite tube is basically circular;the axial stress has a greater influence on the diameter and wall thickness of the bimetallic composite tube. Finally,a three-roll mill was used to test the carbon steel / stainless steel bimetallic composite tube.Under limited experimental conditions,a sample with a length of about 500 mm was prepared, and the bonding strength and wall thickness were changed.Detection.The research shows that the binding force of the sample obtained by the experiment is 2.6MPa,and the unevenness of the wall thickness is 2.05%,which conforms to the national conventional mechanical bonding standard. The feasibility of preparing the bimetallic tube by the three-roll mill is further verified, and theoretical research and effective experimental data are provided for actual production.
