| The new era requires the promotion of ecological civilization construction.Economic development must not be at the expense of the destruction of the ecological environment.President Xi Jinping pointed out that "ecological construction itself is an economy.From the practical significance of national development,protecting ecology is to develop productivity and improve economic efficiency " Although China has introduced relevant laws and policies on environmental regulations,the situation is not optimistic in terms of implementation effects.As the main body of environmental protection investment in economic activities,enterprises have increased investment in environmental protection funds in recent years,but the effect of using these funds has been unsatisfactory.This indirectly indicates that current enterprises are still passively investing in environmental protection investment.The efficiency of environmental protection investment directly affects whether an enterprise can effectively convert the invested funds into economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits.Inefficient environmental protection investment not only does not help the protection of the ecological environment,but also causes waste of funds to a certain extent.The unreasonable use of resources has certain drawbacks for the enterprises with resource-based development in China.Therefore,it is of practical significance to focus on non-ferrous metal companies to study environmental protection investment efficiency from three different dimensions:economy,environment,and society,which is helpful for companies to find their own deficiencies in environmental protection investment efficiency,and to promote non-ferrous metals by improving weak green production links.Improvement of economic,environmental and social efficiency of metal enterprises.This article takes case study as the main method,selects ZH Company as the case company,analyzes the environmental protection investment status of the case company in the past eight years from the scale of environmental protection investment and the investment effect,and builds on the basis of the research results of scholars to build a production for non-ferrous metals The characteristic environmental protection investment efficiency evaluation system uses Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to longitudinally analyze and evaluate the environmental protection investment efficiency of ZH enterprises in the past eight years.According to the DEA results: First,from the analysis of investment scale,environmental protection investment under environmental regulations can indeed make enterprises have the ability of sustainable development.Second,from the perspective ofinvestment efficiency,the environmental protection investment efficiency of ZH Company in the past eight years is not high as a whole,and the economic efficiency brought by corporate environmental protection investment is the highest,followed by environmental efficiency and social efficiency.Third,there are many factors for the low efficiency of environmental protection investment of ZH Company.Whether it is economic,environmental or social efficiency,there is a certain amount of redundancy in the company’s environmental protection investment.In addition,the enterprise’s clean production investment and unreasonable allocation of greening management funds cause resource waste.The pure technical efficiency of the funds invested in the treatment of the three wastes is not high,and the company’s green production technology and production line improvement and upgrading,and the company’s management capabilities need to be improved.In the end,this article combined with the problems of ZH company,and gave specific suggestions to the enterprise,and gave suggestions from the case,industry,government and society to improve the environmental protection investment efficiency of non-ferrous metals companies. |
