Activated sludge and other biological treatment processes are mostly used in mature sewage treatment plants in China.After initial treatment to 80% water content,activated sludge is transported to qualified treatment units for harmless treatment.At present,the mismatching contradiction between qualified subsequent treatment capacity and sludge output of sewage treatment plant is very obvious.The problems of limited sludge outlet and insufficient capacity have affected the normal operation of sewage treatment plant.The project in this paper is mainly to solve the outlet problem of excess sludge produced by XH sewage treatment plant.However,the construction schedule is often delayed.In this paper,the critical chain technology(CCPM)is used to optimize and manage the project schedule.At the beginning,aiming at the problem of schedule management of XH sludge drying project,the existing problems of project schedule management were analyzed through fishbone diagram.First,the traditional schedule management technology;second,the long estimation of the project schedule;third,the loss of safety time.After optimization of the project schedule,the project schedule is optimized,and the project schedule is optimized,and then the project schedule is optimized.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized schedule,the construction project buffer management mechanism is established to control the progress of the project,that is,by establishing the project buffer management warning chart,setting the warning form of green light,yellow light and red light,formulating the project buffer management decision table,and controlling the progress of the project according to the buffer management implementation flow chart.After the implementation of the project,through comparative analysis,the actual construction period is 17 days less than the original plan,and the project cost is saved by 273870 yuan.Therefore,the critical chain technology is feasible in theory and practice,and can be applied in other similar projects in the future.
