With the rapid development of China's economy,China's energy demand is increasing.In China's energy consumption system,building energy consumption occupies a considerable proportion.In recent years,has a big increase in number and scale of colleges and universities in our country,the construction of colleges and universities as a public buildings has special function in the categories of the main body,the restaurants,baths,dormitory building facilities such as energy consumption also is significant.Based on the public baths in colleges and universities,based on a large amount of waste heat characteristic of public baths and the phase change energy storage technology is applied to public baths of waste heat recycling technology,the main problem of phase change heat storage water tank,heat storage was studied.Based on phase change materials in the process of phase change heat transfer theory,numerical method gives a pure substance and multicomponent materials general mathematical description and mathematical model,according to the above two kinds of mathematical models in detail elaborated the commercial CFD software commonly used the basic idea of finite volume method and the main process,the numerical model of solidification and melting model will eventually be FLUENT as phase change energy storage tank in this paper numerical simulation model of the main subsequent simulation work.Combined with phase change energy storage material selection principle,comprehensive consideration of phase change materials thermal properties,physical properties,chemical properties and the technical economy and using the characteristics of phase change energy storage tank,the selection of paraffin type of phase change heat storage materials as the energy storage tank of heat storage materials,and chooses the supercooled 46 # paraffin samples,and phase change temperature and phase change enthalpy thermal physical properties test,the test results show that the phase transition temperature of paraffin sample happen in the next 45 ?,the peak of 46.7 ?,the phase change latent heat of 202.8 j/g,in the melt during the solidification process for many times,its property is stable,no supercooling phenomenon and solid state has good formability.Of phase change energy storage tank by using CFD software,different inlet temperature and inlet velocity and the distance between different heat storage unit,such as a variety of combination storage,exothermic effect under the condition of numerical simulation,the simulation results show that the heat storage conditions,the heat transfer fluid temperatures can obviously accelerate the melting of the heat storage material time,influence on phase change heat storage water tank of heat storage time;Secondly,with the increase of the space between the phase change heat storage plate,the heat storage process of the phase change storage tank is accelerated.The increase of inlet velocity can accelerate the heat storage process of the water tank,but the inlet velocity has the least influence on the heat storage effect of the storage tank.Under the thermal condition of energy storage tank,the lower inlet velocity should be used in the condition of satisfying the use,which is beneficial to the uniform release of heat storage tank."Baffle" design of the combination of phase change energy storage tank,and set up for testing small phase change energy storage tank model experiment,five different working conditions are established in test mode,respectively tested five kinds of mode of phase change energy storage tank,heat storage effect,the test results show that the increase in the number of phase change heat storage unit,small heat storage capacity of heat storage tank becomes,the greater the optimal amount of phase change heat storage unit volume accounted for about 20% of the water tank volume,in this state,the phase change heat storage water tank,storage of exothermic capacity increased by 53% and 55%,respectively.
