Research On Urban Security Risk Assessment In S District Of Beijing

With the continuous improvement of my country’s economy,urbanization is advancing rapidly,but the rapid development of cities also brings a lot of security problems.Carrying out a city safety risk assessment can find out the city safety risk situation,assess the safety status quo,and greatly help government departments to carry out risk prevention work.This article selects the S district of Beijing as an example,and studies the urban safety risk assessment model in combination with the specific conditions of the region.The model is used to carry out a risk assessment of the S district to find the weakness of urban safety.First,by combing the definitions and research theories of urban security risk assessment,the main categories and characteristics of security risks in zone S are analyzed from three directions:danger,vulnerability,and emergency capability.The evaluation index system of urban safety risk index has been established from four aspects:urban production safety,social safety,urban disaster and emergency response capacity.Secondly establish a dimensionless standard for quantitative indicators by referring to relevant data,and then use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers to weight the evaluation indicators,calculate the weight coefficients of each index,and use the weight accumulation method to calculate the production safety and emergency capability risk index,Calculate the risk index of social security and urban disaster indicators by using grey correlation method,and construct a mathematical model of urban security risk assessment.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the S District of Beijing,and the risk matrix method is used to identify risks for 232 representative companies in the region,collect risk data,and collect other quantitative indicator data through government data such as statistical yearbooks,collate and dimensionless Then get the risk level of each indicator.Finally,the security risk index of zone S is calculated to be 2.1106,and the risk level is general risk,which is at a level that can be controlled but needs to be strengthened.The results show that:6 assessments of the risk level of enterprises under the supervision of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission,the risk level of enterprises under the supervision of the Urban Management Committee,the incidence of traffic accidents of 100,000 people,the proportion of 100,000 points of economic losses in transportation,the rate of criminal cases filed by 10,000 people,and the rate of 10,000 beds The indicator risk level is higher.According to the results of the model evaluation,targeted recommendations for targeted security risk governance are proposed for Zone S.
