Shearer is an important equipment in comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology.Drum is the key component of shearer cutting department,which undertakes the tasks of landing coal,loading coal and spraying dust.In order to adapt to the harsh working environment of difficult-to-mine coal seam and improve production efficiency,this paper designs a new type of shearer vibration cutting drum based on the existing shearer drum,taking the cutting drum of MG800/2040WD shearer as the research object,and analyzes the fatigue life of its structure and dynamic characteristics based on rigid-flexible coupling.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of the shearer are analyzed,the existing mechanism of coal and rock breaking is summarized,the mechanism of vibration cutting shearer breaking coal and rock based on stress wave is analyzed,and the structural schematic diagram of vibration cutting drum is put forward.On this basis,the mechanical model of coal and rock breaking by cutting drum of shearer is established.(2)Based on MG800/2040WD shearer cutting drum,the eccentric mechanism of vibration cutting drum vibrator was optimized by MATLAB software.SolidWorks software was used to establish the three-dimensional geometric model and virtual prototype model of key components of vibration cutting drum,and interference test was carried out.(3)The mechanical model of the vibration cutting planetary gear train is established,and the equivalent stress and strain of the planet carrier,planet gear and sun gear in the vibration cutting planetary gear train under rated working conditions are analyzed.Under the action of constant amplitude load,the fatigue life of the vibration cutting planetary reducer system and planet carrier are analyzed respectively.(4)The rigid and rigid-flexible coupling modal analysis of the planetary carrier of the vibration cutting drum is carried out by using COMSOL software respectively,and the firstsix vibration frequencies and modes are obtained respectively,and the modal mode characteristics of the rigid-flexible coupling model and the rigid model of the vibration cutting drum are compared and analyzed.This study has laid a foundation for improving the cutting efficiency of shearer,improving the reliability and service life of cutting drum,and also provides theoretical guidance and technical support for further research on vibration cutting drum of continuous shearer.
