| The rapid development of China’s economy can" be separated from the contribution of the construction industry,which in turn promotes the reform and development of the construction industry.The era of large-scale industry has passed,and accordingly,the industrial buildings that once occupied half of the construction industry are gradually out of sight,pushing and dismantling the phenomenon is common.But the concept of sustainable development that has emerged in recent years has led people to re-examine old industrial buildings and started a wave of retrofit and reuse.Field research and past research shows that the functional recycling of old industrial buildings has been developed in China,but the number and complexity of safety risk factors in the whole process of transformation and reuse makes security problems become a major problem that hinders the further development of transformation,which needs to be analyzed and solved urgently.In order to realize the comprehensive and accurate identification,objective evaluation and targeted response to the safety risk of the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings,this paper conducts a research one by one from the following three aspects.(1)The WBS-RBS decomposition matrix is obtained by systematically identifying and analyzing the risk sources of the old industrial building renovation project from two aspects: the work content and the risk and the corresponding risk factors in each work are scored by designing the questionnaire.The sum of the risk values of each risk factor in all work images is obtained by horizontal summation.Constructing the safety risk index system in three main risk sources;(2)On the basis of the system of transforming the safety risk evaluation index,considering the interaction between the risk factors and the subjective preferenceinfluence in the scoring process of the expert indicators,the safety risk evaluation model based on the C-OWA operator-interaction matrix is established.Taking the Shanxi GC transformation project as an example,through the model quantitative index interaction degree,and then determine the weight of the safety risk evaluation index,the multi-indicator cross-coupling synergy effect,in order to obtain objective safety risk evaluation results;(3)As can be seen from the results of the safety risk assessment of the renovation project,the main safety risk factors affecting the project are safety quality and safety technical capability,safety control and performance management of construction machinery and equipment,installation of fire protection facilities at construction site,team-related experience and technical technology.In view of this phenomenon,considering that the safety input in the renovation process involves many aspects,such as technology,health,education and training,it is obviously not scientific and reasonable to blindly carry out the safety input,and there is an optimal combination relationship between the input from different aspects,so it is necessary to classify the safety input and find out between them.the proportion of input,so that on the basis of safety evaluation can achieve more targeted input,effectively reduce the safety risk of transformation projects. |
