In the process of rapid urbanization,large-scale rural demolition and production of a large number of construction waste,causing serious waste of resources,energy and environmental pollution in rural areas.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the new exploration for rural development and construction is in full swing.A large number of villages have the demand for new construction and reconstruction,and the demand for building materials is also increasing sharply.However,for the current rural construction methods and methods,the quality requirements of building materials are much lower than that of urban construction,and a large number of buildings are demolished The waste can be used for large-scale rural construction at this stage.Therefore,in order to achieve the maximum utilization of construction waste,this study from the source of waste demolition as the starting point,and strive to obtain more,more suitable and reusable rural construction materials through reasonable disassembly research.Taking Yangling District,a typical rural development area in Guanzhong,as an example,through a large number of investigation and analysis,this paper studies and judges the current situation of rural construction of villages in Yangling District,which is expected to be demolished,and summarizes three types of typical rural houses as the analysis object;Secondly,with the low-tech reuse as the guidance,the recycling of construction waste is mainly based on the classification and utilization ofexisting construction components,and the disassembly specification and value analysis under different utilization methods are carried out.Combined with the characteristics of components,the disassembly procedures and methods for different components of different types of rural houses are clarified,which are suitable for different construction scenarios;Finally,based on the basic logic of building demolition,from the overall perspective of a rural house demolition,focusing on the connection mode and construction relationship of different components,this paper analyzes the relationship and contradiction of dismantling among different components,and further optimizes the sequence,mode and support system construction of the overall construction demolition process.Through the analysis of the dismantling of typical rural houses from "part" to "whole",the whole system and whole process clarified the dismantling procedures,methods and key points of rural houses,and explored a set of technical processes and methods suitable for the demolition of typical rural houses in Yangling.Starting from optimizing the demolition methods,we can really promote the maximum reuse of rural waste resources.Through the systematic research on the demolition of buildings,the main conclusions are as follows: to carry out orderly and systematic construction demolition under the guidance of low technology,a typical rural house can realize the economic value of nearly 8400 yuan;the reuse rate of construction waste is increased by more than 5 times,and the beautiful tradition of thrifty camp village is advocated.In terms of dismantling technology,the dismantling procedure of "manual,mechanical and manual" is most suitable for the construction status of Yangling village.The parts of machinery involved in dismantling are cast-in-place floor and roof of brick concrete structure.The combination of manual cutting size of 1 m × 1 m,0.5 m × 0.5 m and 0.6 m × 0.3 m block materials is the most reasonable.For the rural houses with brick and wood structure,people are used The method of dismantling is the most reasonable.
