| With the arrival of the "Industry 4.0" era,the large-scale manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards the direction of automation,integration and intelligence.High precision,high efficiency and high quality have always been the goals of measurement researchers in the field of measurement for large size space.In view of the present large size measurement task,measuring results can not meet the expected accuracy,measurement efficiency is low,and lower measuring below-standard quality problems,puts forward a measurement system based on laser radar measurement planning and data processing method,including the accuracy of measurement before evaluation,system of the measurement station and site selection,data fusion technology after measurement.At the same time,in order to achieve the goal of intelligent manufacturing process,a measurement planning model based on clustering algorithm is designed,and the automation of system configuration is realized through computer simulation,so as to guide the configuration planning of measurement network in the actual measurement task,and achieve the purpose of pre-evaluation of measurement planning.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the accuracy of lidar measurement system is evaluated.The precision model of the system is established and the measurement uncertainty of the system is analyzed by monte carlo simulation method.According to the requirements of measurement traceability,two kinds of evaluation models of single station and multi-station are designed by using standard tetrahedral auxiliary radar to evaluate the field accuracy,which increases the reliability of calibration data and improves the field accuracy evaluation method.Then,the measurement planning and data processing method for large size space are studied.Through the analysis of the whole period establishment process of the measuring field,the guiding principles for the measuring system positioning and the selection of transfer station point are put forward,which provide the theoretical basis for the system configuration.Based on the singular value decomposition(SVD)registration algorithm,the multi-station data fusion technology is studied to achieve a complete expression of the performance of the measurement system and the results of the measurement network establishment.Finally,the technology of pre-evaluation of measurement planning and software realization are studied.K-means clustering algorithm model is adopted to realize automation of system configuration.Based on the function of MP(Measure Plan)in SA(Spatial Analyzer)software,the system is developed by using C++ language in Visual Studio development platform.According to the steps of large size measurement task,the overall framework of the pre-evaluation system is designed in modules,from product information analysis to measurement report output,which is presented in the form of large size measurement pre-evaluation system program.Visualization of measurement accuracy and guidance of network planning are realized through the pre-evaluation system. |
