In shipbuilding,the welding process is one of its key links,and the level of welding process design directly affects the cycle and quality of shipbuilding.With the rapid development of computer technology,to achieve efficient,intelligent and standardized welding process design is inseparable from effective management of process knowledge and means of process planning,that is,knowledge modeling and process planning of the welding process become extremely important.At present,the welding process design of most domestic shipping companies has common problems such as strong experience dependence,low knowledge reuse rate,redundant knowledge storage and low degree of digitalization of process design digitalization.We study welding process knowledge management under intelligent manufacturing and build welding processes The knowledge base system,which realizes the modeling and reuse of welding process knowledge,is of great significance for improving the efficiency of ship welding process design and knowledge reuse.This paper studies the knowledge modeling technology and process planning technology based on the knowledge graph and develops a ship intelligent welding process generation system.The main content of the paper includes:(1)Analyze the traditional ship welding process and intelligent welding process,propose the classification of ship welding process knowledge,realize the expression of welding process knowledge,design the ship welding process knowledge base,and lay the foundation for modeling and process generation of welding process knowledge.(2)Research on knowledge modeling technology of welding process based on knowledge graph,and build a multi-level knowledge model of welding process knowledge of ship.According to the characteristics of the welding process knowledge model,the retrieval methods of semantic retrieval,rule reasoning retrieval and case matching retrieval are proposed for the current problem of low knowledge retrieval efficiency of knowledge management.The knowledge retrieval technology based on rule reasoning and case matching is studied Semantic retrieval,rule-based retrieval and case matching retrieval of welding process knowledge.(3)The knowledge-based ship welding process planning method is proposed,and the case matching process generation and the process generation method based on fuzzy rule inference are studied.On the basis of the knowledge base of ship welding,the case reasoning process is generated using welding process examples,and the fuzzy rule inference process is generated using welding rules in the welding reasoning knowledge base.The case reasoning mechanism and fuzzy reasoning mechanism are established to realize the welding process.Case matching at the generation stage,knowledge reasoning design of key links.(4)Aiming at the problems of low knowledge reuse rate and difficult rules extraction of the traditional ship welding process design and management system,a knowledge-based ship intelligent welding process generation system was designed and developed.Functional modules such as welding process knowledge management,knowledge retrieval,and process generation were constructed,and examples were verified with shipyard data.The results show that the system can realize the management,retrieval and generation of welding process knowledge,which lays the foundation for the realization of intelligent ship welding process design and management.
