Multi-way Valve is the Core basic component of Construction Machinery and Construction vehicles,which directly determine the control performance of them.The technical level of multiway valve is also one of the important indicators of the national equipment manufacturing industry.The aim of this paper is to effectively control and study the key technologies of the assembly deformation of the chip multiway valve body.The following research contents are mainly completed:Taking a Model of multi-way Valve products as an Example.A brief analysis of the structure and material of the multi-way valve body is presented.This paper presents the problem of deformation of chip multi-way valve body and the main research contents.The main factors that cause the assembly deformation of the chip multi-way valve body are analyzed.The key manufacturing process of the valve body is studied.The cast residual stresses and cutting residual stresses involved in the valve body are analyzed and detected.The effect of the above two parameters on valve body deformation is obtained.It is investigated that how to reduce or eliminate the residual stress of valve body in actual production.The effect of pretension assembly sequence on body deformation is studied by using finite element method.Internal stress diagram and deformation distribution of the valve body are obtained.The correctness of the simulation model is verified by testing.Based on this model,the deformation of valve body is predicted.It is found that the shims between the sheets can effectively reduce the amount of deformation of the valve body.The accuracy of valve body in assembly condition is guaranteed from process machining method.Through experimental verification,the performance requirement of valve body is satisfied by reducing valve hole deformation.Achieve the purpose of manufacturing economy.According to assembly simulation,the valve body assembly is tested.The experiment proves that the valve hole deformation is consistent with the simulation results,which verified the accuracy of the valve body assembly simulation modelagain.
