Research On Steel Office Furniture Welding Quality Management Of S Company

With the rapid development of the global economy,the demand for office furniture in China and even the global market has been rising in recent years.Office furniture industry ushered in unprecedented opportunities.However,how to grasp the basis,to make the company stand out in the fierce market competition has become a research topic for every office furniture enterprise.Certainly,the quality of products has become an important aspect that enterprises pay more and more attention to.Welding as a special process involved the connection between different components.With the steel furniture quality increase,welding is being used more and more in this industry.Different with the heavy industry whose welding quality can directly threaten the life and safety,welding quality requirement is much less in office furniture industry.But as the strength of the weld quality can directly affects the reliability,the appearance of the weld directly affects the customer’s experience and market prospect.However,the welding quality management of the office furniture industry is still a blank area in worldwide.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the welding quality management of the office furniture industry.In this thesis,the improvement of welding quality management of S Company is taken as the research topic.According to the four basic stages of planning,execution,inspection and treatment in PDCA,the main problems existing in welding quality objectives,R & D and processes,risk control,welding action,welding inspection and improvement mechanism of S Company are analyzed in detail.After that optimization strategies for each shortcoming are given.Then base on AHP analysis,the key strategies affecting welding quality which are welder control,quality standard and risk control are found.According to the evaluation,the strategies are optimized in detail.The insurances for the optimization of welding quality management in S Company are given.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the optimization strategy,an evaluation model is designed which combines the quality factor together with the benefit of the company.Through the research and analysis,this thesis puts forward a method to determining the key factors of welding quality management in office furniture industry by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Gives the detailed measures for the application of QFD and PFMEA tools in the welding quality control of steel office furniture industry.The related process of welder control is also improved.The evaluation model for welding quality management optimization scheme is designed,Combined various of quality objectives together with enterprise benefit innovatively.And the concepts of quality and benefit optimization rate are put forward.In this thesis,the measures of welding quality management in office furniture industry are put forward and studied for the first time in worldwide.it is of great theoretical significance to the comprehensiveness of welding quality management theory and the management of welding quality in office furniture industry.
