| Converter dephosphorization is generally divided into two-way method,two-slag method and Single-slag method.In this study,single slag dephosphorization is mainly studied.The partial pressure of P2 and CO in the gasification reduction reaction product is significantly reduced by high-speed nitrogen flow to achieve P2O5 in the reduced slag.The theoretical calculation shows that it is feasible to reduce P in P2O5 with C at steelmaking temperature.At 1750-2000k,the reduction product of P is P2,and the possibility of further decomposition into monoatomic phosphorus is very small.Industrial test shows that the gasification dephosphorization technology is feasible in 65 ton converter1.When the bottom blowing gas volume is controlled at 120Nm3/h,350Nm3/h,450Nm3/h and 550Nm3/h,the gasification dephosphorization rate is the largest when the bottom blowing flow is 350Nm3/h,and the gasification dephosphorization rate is 37.9%。2.When the amount of coke powder is 1.1 times of carbon equivalent,the gasification dephosphorization rate is the highest,and the gasification dephosphorization rate is 42.3%;3.The gasification dephosphorization rate is 34.5%when the particle size of coke powder is 6-8mm,and 34.9%when the particle size of refined coke powder is 4~6mm.4.When slag retention operation is adopted,the phosphorus content in the end-point molten steel can be reduced,the hit rate and slag retention rate of primary carbon drawing can be increased.Based on the investigation and analysis of the characteristics of converter smelting system and slag splashing process,the internal recycling technology of gasification dephosphorization slag converter suitable for 65 ton converter has been successfully developed,After using gasification dephosphorization technology,the annual benefit will be 20.768 million yuan.Figure 39;Table 15;Reference 36... |
