Chemical Fiber Industry is one of the key industries supported by China during the eleventh fiveyear plan,and viscose staple fiber is one of the key types of chemical fiber industry.Viscose staple fiber is an international superior variety in the chemical fiber industry,and it is also a scarce textile raw material.Tangshan Sanyou,as one of the leading viscose staple fiber producers in China,has built a 200,000 ton / year waste gas recovery project on newly acquired land for a functional and differential viscose staple fiber production line.The waste gas recovery process of viscose staple fiber production line mainly adopts the carbon disulfide adsorption recovery and hydrogen sulfide alkaline washing process to recover and treat the carbon disulfide gas and hydrogen sulfide in the waste gas.The important chemical raw material carbon disulfide and the widely used chemical raw material Nahs in the production of viscose fiber are obtained respectively.The paper evaluates the safety of the production process,equipment and storage facilities of the waste gas recovery project,and through the analysis of the material danger,harmful factors and dangerous and harmful factors in the production process,it was concluded that the main dangers to be guarded against were fire and explosion in the carbon disulfide.Therefore,the paper analyzes the potential safety hidden trouble of waste gas recovery process,and puts forward the safety countermeasures on the basis of analysis.According to the waste gas recovery process,material,main equipment and operation conditions,the inherent dangerous and harmful factors of the system are studied,and the main accident types are predicted.According to the analysis results,the evaluation units are divided into qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and the risk,harmful factors,the causes of major accidents and the degree of danger and harm are determined.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the safety condition evaluation results,the feasible safety countermeasures are formulated from the aspects of technology and management.Figure 4;Table 22;Reference 46...
