Carbon quantum dots are quasi-zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterials. With their excellent optical properties and anti-bleaching properties, carbon quantum dots have been widely used in the fields of analytical sensing, biological imaging, and catalysis. In this article, carbon quantum dots were prepared by doping heteroatoms, which are used in the field of ion detection. The main work is as follows:(1)Using ethylenediamine and 5,5’-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid),deionized water as a solvent, and reacting at a temperature of 200 ℃ for 18 h by a solvothermal method to obtain an emission green Fluorescent carbon quantum dots(N,S-CQDs)and related characterization.N,S-CQDs were used as fluorescent probes to detect Pd2+by fluorescence quenching, and showed good selectivity and sensitivity.Pd2+has a linear detection range of 0-150 μM and a detection limit of 0.12 μM.At the same time,N,S-CQDs have also been successfully applied to the detection of Pd2+in actual water samples and cell culture fluids.(2)Using p-phenylenediamine,triethylene glycol and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials, anhydrous ethanol as a solvent, and reacting at a temperature of 180°C for 12 h by a solvothermal method to obtain a carbon quantum dot emitting yellow fluorescence(Y-CQDs)and related characterization.Y-CQDs were used as fluorescent probes to detect ClO-by fluorescence quenching, and showed good selectivity and sensitivity.ClO-has a linear detection range of 0-7.2 μM and a detection limit of 0.012μM.At the same time,Y-CQDs have also been successfully applied to the detection of ClO-in actual water samples and cell culture fluids.
