At the initial stage of development of SF heavy oil reservoir in Bohai sea,the reverse nine-spot water injection method of 350 m spacing was adopted.Due to the influence of high viscosity of crude oil,large spacing of injection-production Wells and heterogeneous reservoir,the development effect gradually deteriorated;Through the infill adjustment test of small well spacing,good stimulation effect was obtained.Under the condition of offshore development,studying the economical and technical limit of well pattern adjustment is the foundation of oilfield deep development.Based on reservoir engineering method,seepage mechanics method and numerical simulation,combined with the break-even analysis of economic evaluation,this paper comprehensively studied the operation rule of water drive heavy oil reservoir under different infill adjustment methods and the economic and technical limit of infill well deployment,and systematically carried out and completed the following research work: Based on the evaluation of the development effect and the analysis of the change rule of reserves,the adaptability of the infill adjustment of small well spacing in water drive heavy oil reservoir is clarified;Based on the superposition theory of seepage field in seepage mechanics,and considering the influence of non-newtonian fluid properties of heavy oil,the evaluation method of seepage field distribution in different infill adjustment modes was established,and the operating rules between heavy oil Wells in water flooding under different conditions were obtained;Based on the actual economic and technical parameters of offshore oilfields,the economic and technical deployment limits of infill wells under different infill adjustment methods are determined through break-even analysis,production capacity calculation and numerical simulation effect prediction and comparison;In view of the current development status of SF heavy oil reservoir in Bohai sea,the development and deployment Suggestions of infilling adjustment of small well spacing in oilfield are put forward.Based on the development practice of SF heavy oil reservoir in Bohai sea,this paper determines the infill adjustment forms and technical strategies suitable for the development characteristics and requirements of offshore oilfields through research,providing technical support for the subsequent well pattern adjustment and deployment design of SF heavy oil reservoir in Bohai sea and the deep development of such water-driven heavy oil reservoir.
