The jet nozzle is a key structural component of the sepiolite ore powder purification and classification device.The degree of dispersion of the powder sprayed from the nozzle is one of the main factors affecting the particle size classification of the air flow classification device.In order to discuss the movement of sea cannon stone powder in the flow field inside and outside the nozzle,this dissertation is based on the physical characteristics and mechanical properties of sea cannon stone powder itself,mainly from the design of jet grading nozzle structure,optimization of structural parameters,jet grading Experiments and other aspects were discussed:(1)Experimental study on the physical properties of sea cannon powder.Adopt powder comprehensive performance tester,SU5000 type scanning environment,Mastersizer2000 type laser,and Stormer viscometer to respectively analyze the characteristics of sea powder and powder,powder dispersion degree,loose precision,vibration precision,compression Accuracy,average powder particle size,kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity are measured by instruments to provide data support for the subsequent simulation of the flow characteristics of the sea cannon stone powder in the flow field of the jet classification nozzle.(2)Jet grading nozzle design and parameter optimization.Firstly,the force type of the powder is analyzed to determine that the force of the sea cannon stone powder in the flow field is gravity,drag,Basset force and pressure gradient force;then the four different jet classification nozzles are simulated and analyzed The simulation results select the most suitable nozzle as the fan-shaped nozzle;finally,the structure of the nozzle is optimized by the method of orthogonal experiment.(3)Experimental research on jet grading nozzle.The experimental platform of jet grading nozzle was established,and the influence of nozzle arc radius,nozzle outlet height and nozzle outlet length on jet grading of sea cannon ore powder was investigated by single variable method,and compared with simulation results.Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and experimental results show that the design of the jet grading nozzle improves the dispersion of sea cannon stone powder,thereby making the classification accuracy and classification effect of the classifier better and the classification efficiency of the body is improved.
