| Bromine is one of the important chemical raw materials.The demand for bromine will continue to grow with the rise of bromine downstream flame retardants,bromine salt and other fine chemicals.During the salt production of making salt by salinization company,up to 24 million cubic metres of brine with 7?Bé is produced each year.However,the annual output of bromine is only 400-500 ton.The main reason is that the structure of salt field is dispersed.As a result,it is difficult to realize large scale brine dispatching.In addition,the bromine extraction technology also needs to be further improved.Therefore,this project intends to improve the brine dispatching process and bromine production process,hoping to increase the bromine production and reduce the energy consumption.The final step of evaporation 7?Bé could be used for bromine extraction in this program.After the final step of water storage(7 maintaining Be)brine reaches the set concentration,it enters the channel of bittern branch channel from the reservoir.The brine flows to the main channel of the brine transport,and is promoted to the front storage tank of bromine extraction through the two-stage brine transport pump station,and then flows to the buffer pool of the bromine extraction workshop through the main channel of the brine transport.After bromine extraction,the brine goes through the main back channel,main back channel and branch back channel to the evaporation pool of each team.The annual yield of bromine extraction in primary brine is 5 times higher than that in bittern extraction.The traditional closed cycle processes of air blowing and sulfur dioxide absorption is used to extract bromine,and the key parameters such as temperature,p H value,chlorine distribution rate,gas-liquid ratio and sulfur dioxide content were optimized in this program from the perspective of the reaction mechanism and actual production.The key parameters are adjusted according to the season.Also,the sulfur dioxide production process is improved.As a result,the actual bromine blowing rate was close to 90%,the annual production of bromine is increased by 10%-15%.Figure [15];Table [23];Reference [45]... |
