In recent years,the competition of steel industry is fierce in China.As an important energyconsuming equipment,the combustion control mode of reheating furnace is complex.In order to improve the economic efficiency and competitiveness of steel plant,it is necessary to study the advanced and stable control strategy of the reheating furnace.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the combustion system of the reheating furnace,this paper took the transformation of " Hot Rolling Heating Furnace of one steel and iron company" as the research background.Studied the furnace temperature control,air gas pressure control and proposed a scheme of temperature control commutation.Put forward the more advanced sequential queue reversing automatic combustion control strategy.It improves the efficiency of the heating furnace and brings great convenience to the operation of the heating furnace.In terms of software design,Siemens Step7 PLC programming software and C language process system were used to configure the hardware and software of the above systems.It compared with the traditional control scheme for system operation control test and debugging.The main contents of this study:Firstly,the research background of the automatic burning steel rolling furnace control system and the current research status at home and abroad were detailed;secondly,the process of the furnace combustion system and control theory of the furnace were mainly introduced;then,the furnace hardware and software system of the automation control system were designed in detail.In terms of hardware system,it mainly includes the design of the host computer monitoring system,PLC hardware connection and signal control.In software system,the setting of the overall function of the heating furnace were designed 11 functions.Finally,the control system of automatic burning and rolling furnace is tested,debugged and applied.Through the application in actual production,the fuzzy PID and automatic combustion control combined control scheme is used to reduce the overshoot and adjustment time of the system;the flame size and burning degree of heating furnace can be effectively solved by constant pressure control strategy of pipeline,which improves the flexibility and stability of the control system.Figure 52;Table 10;Reference 50.
