Recently, due to the dual pressure of energy and environment, the development and utilization of biomass energy has been widely concerned by different countries in the world.Biomass catalytic pyrolysis is one of the promising methods to produce gas.Melon seed shells and sawdust which were the common representative of agricultural and forestry wastes, had been used as biomass materials for research.Firstly, the kinetic analysis of wood chips was carried out by using DAEM model after the denoising treatment to the experimental data. The dynamics of melon seed shell was analyzed by gaussian fitting Friedman method. After that, genetic algorithm?GA?,nonlinear least square method?NLS?and gaussian fitting-genetic algorithm?GGA?were respectively applied to optimize the kinetic parameters of the pyrolysis of melon seed shell, and the optimal GGA algorithm was verified by comparing the simulation data and experimental data deviation degree of the three algorithms. Finally,GGA algorithm was used to optimize the dynamics of wood chips and the wood chips with different proportions of Fe2O3.FTIR analysis technology was selected to analyze the pyrolysis gas products of sawdust qualitatively.By comparing the peaks of the images,it can be concluded that CO,CO2,CH4,H2O,phenol and formic acid are precipitated during pyrolysis.TG-MS technology was employed to analyze the gaseous products after catalytic pyrolysis of sawdust with different proportions of Fe2O3.Combined with the activation energy obtained before, reached the best catalytic effect by adding 10% Fe2O3,and 20% Fe2O3 had the effect of inhibiting pyrolysis while 50% Fe2O3 had catalytic effect on pyrolysis.Aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate the pyrolysis and gasification process of wood chips based on the minimum Gibbs free energy principle, the optimal temperature of wood chips pyrolysis and gasification was determined to be 650? by comparing the low calorific value of pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis gas production rate.Figure 28;Table 18;Reference 64...
