With the gradual development of the social economy and the gradual improvement of environmental awareness, the market for clean fuel has gradually expanded.Isomerization of C5 and C6 is an ideal means to improve the fuel quality.Isomerization can greatly enhance the octane number of paraffins. The isomerization petrol with high octane number can achieve low sulfur,no aromatics, and no olefins. Therefore, the isomerization catalysts are promising research direction. The low-temperature halogen type isomerization catalysts and medium-temperature molecular sieve type isomerization catalysts have obvious defects. The solid super acid alkane isomerization catalyst has low requirements on raw materials,no chlorine contamination, and renewable. In this paper, ultrafine grained Pt/SO42-/Zr O2 solid superacid alkane isomerization catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal and impregnation methods. After adjusting the conditions of hydrothermal synthesis,a nano-scale tetragonal phase Zr O2 carrier was prepared, meanwhile the acid center was adjusted to improve the acidity of the catalyst. The strength of the catalyst is increased by adjusting the binder. The specific surface area and sulfur content of the catalyst have been significantly improved, and thus the catalytic activity can be improved greatly.A certain proportion of alumina, beta zeolite and silica is introduced into the solid super acid alkane isomerization catalyst, which can not only play a bonding role, but also have an important effect on the performance of the catalyst. The introduction of S increased the acidity, while Pt improved the catalytic, the optimum catalytic activity is achieved, the cracking activity of the catalyst is inhibited, and the isomerization selectivity of the catalyst is improved.
