With the research and development in recent years,Oxygen-reducing Air Injection has become a new and efficient displacement method in air injection. This technology has combined the advantages of both air injection and nitrogen injection, including lower cost, higher safety, more sufficient supply and higher displacement efficiency.However,Oxygen-reducing Air Injection has not been given extensive attention and application in our country. Therefore, further discussion and research are needed. The article studies on the mechanism of low temperature oxidation of oxygen-reduced air injection and explores the effects on low temperature oxidation reactions of different conditions(Oxygen concentration, oxidation time, formation conditions, pressure).During the experiment,we carried on the sampling on time and then put the obtained gas sample and oil sample into the chromatograph. The analysis was made basic on the changes in the gas and liquid components contents in the chromatographic report. The following conclusions were achieved by the research: Firstly, with the decrease of oxygen concentration in oxygen-reduced air,the lower the severity of oxidation reaction, the less obvious the change of oil phase composition.Combined with the degree of reaction, safety factors and corrosion problems,8% oxygen content of oxygen-reduced air is the most suitable for field use among the five oxygen concentrations.Secondly,5 days is the best low temperature oxidation time of crude oil.Thirdly,in different formation conditions, formation sand will promote the reaction, while formation water and associated gas may inhibit the reaction. Finally,as the pressure increases, the initial reaction rate increases accordingly. But the pressure only affects the intensity of the reaction, the final consumption of oxygen is basically unchanged.
