| The automatic assembly of the ceramic roller mandrel refers to the technique of loading the roller body,the bearing,the sealing ring and the like into the mandrel.At present,the mandrel assembly still adopts the traditional semi-mechanical assembly method.Since a plurality of parts need to be assembled on one mandrel,the parts also have mutual assembly position requirements,thereby affecting assembly efficiency and assembly precision.Especially in the bearing press-fit stage,the speed is affected by the friction coefficient of the assembly process and the temperature of the contact surface,which causes the assembly quality to decrease.In order to change the assembly mode of traditional ceramic roller mandrel to improve the assembly quality and efficiency,this paper has carried out research on the automatic assembly technology of ceramic roller mandrel.Firstly,the ceramic roller and the assembly relationship of each part are analyzed,and the assembly process and layout of the ceramic roller mandrel are determined by combining the traditional ceramic roller core assembly technology.Secondly,the design of special production equipment for ceramic rollers was carried out,and the design of storage racks and bearing presses was emphasized.The maximum inclination angle of the storage rack is calculated and applied by finite element simulation analysis to avoid the phenomenon of collision and crushing of the roller body.The simulation analysis of bearing pressing force and press-fit speed determines the maximum bearing pressing force and press-fit speed curve.Thirdly,in order to improve the stability of bearing press-fit speed,the transfer function of the bearing press-fit speed control system is deduced in detail,and a simulation model based on fuzzy adaptive PID bearing press-fit speed control system is established to carry out the compression speed stability.Simulation analysis.The simulation analysis proves that the fuzzy PID control can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the bearing press-fit speed.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the design of the ceramic roller core assembly control system was completed,and the mandrel automatic assembly was realized. |
